“𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐩. 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐭. 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐝.”

Nineteen selfless individuals rolled up their sleeves and donated blood during 𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐂’𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞, held in partnership with the 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 who encouraged student organizations to participate. Their generosity resulted in the successful collection of 𝟏𝟗 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝.

The event, held at the 𝐒𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥, was organized by the SUMC Blood Bank in celebration of National Blood Donor’s Month. The collaboration with the SU MedTech Society helped amplify the message of how a single act of donation can make a life-changing difference.
